”The location of the hotel was convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had two room, one room had a massage chair and the other, the beds reclined with a push of a button. There laundry room was clean and the washer and dryer worked great. The pastries from the bakery were fresh and delicious. The staff were wonderful! They were kind, helpful and sooo nice. ”This was by far the nicest room/resort we have stayed in. After being cramped in many Japanese hotels and ryokans, this was much much larger with three queen/full size beds, a 65" TV and an outdoor bath (mineral salts available in the lobby). However, please understand that as this location is very remote, dining options in the area and transportation may be limited. This may be why we didn't see any foreigners there? However, they do provide pick-up service to and from the Shin-Iwakuni station...
