”Shower was great (if small) and the homemade shortbread was a nice little touch my son enjoyed as part of his breakfast. The breakfasts were also really good. ”Beautiful property, room, service, and a magical view over the charming village of Lynton and the Bristol Channel. Breakfast was amazing. Park your car up at the property and don’t drive the rest of the time. Walk down to village for great restaurants and shops (and up again to return…yes it’s a steep hill, but a lovely walk). Valley of Rocks/coastal path is 15 min walk. Walk down to Lynmouth, take cliff railway back up. This was our favorite stay on our trip through Devon and Cornwall.”

The steep driveway & smallish space made for tricky parking with a large car, but doable. Our room was clean & comfortable, if a little dated in style. The owners were welcoming & helpful.
