”I stayed with 5 friends for a night paddle to see the bioluminescent. We didn't get in until late at night, but we were able to drop off our overnight bags earlier in the day which was so helpful for us. The space was great for us to leisurely sip coffee and chat in the morning. The owner is very responsive. Parking was perfect for 2 trucks loaded with kayaks. This was my second stay at this location and it won't be my last. ”

”Overall nice place to stay close to the cruise port, unit is not fancy whatsoever, but it has what you need for a short stay, beds were comfortable. Location is quiet, aka not much around to see or get food. We just ordered uber eat without issue. Lots of lovely paintings around the house, maybe owner is an artist, we enjoyed looking at the arts. ”

He knew we came down for my nieces wedding and left a beautiful welcome letter, congratulating her. Really kind. The home was very clean and had everything that we needed. I recommend this home whole heartedly. I would give it six stars if I could.”

”Very close to UCF campus. Property is a little older but very clean & had everything we needed for family of 4 with small dog. 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom. Very cold AC! Located in a family neighborhood but close to grocery, gas station, school campus. Communication was great with owner.”
