”The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was medium. I have visited this hotel for a few years, but this is the first time the upholstery in dining room and guest rooms showed stains and tears. It is nearing a time to reupholster.”

”The desk staff was not friendly. I and several other guests waiting to check in had to wait for a good while before anyone came to check us in.. The property was clean well kept. My keys didn't work I had to get them changed three times. The breakfast was good a decent selection. Ms Hattie was fantastic cordial, friendly, very engaging and professional. The venue was close to where we had to go so in that regard it was a plus. The parking was safe and convenient. ”

”The hotel itself is generally fine, however excluding 1 staff member (Latina girl with an accent, apologies I meant to get her name, she’s great) the rest of the ladies at the desk are both unhelpful & rude. They spend their entire shifts staring at an iPad with AirPods in & act as if you’ve done them a disservice anytime you approach & they actually have to do their “job”. Nobody says hello, they can barely even manage eye contact, it’s a truly pathetic display of customer service as well as...
