”Very good location for arriving to or departing from the airport or bus terminal. You could technically walk to the airport, but if you’re carrying large luggage or arriving during the hotter parts of the day — which is common in Guayaquil — the walk can be difficult.
The units have been nicely remodeled with modern finishes, especially the bathroom and room details. The area felt safe and quiet. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator, and there are two large sets of stairs,...
