”Breakfast buffet was great with a wide selection of food. Beach area was beautiful with lots of activities to do. Hamilton island is a great location to get to the whitehaven beach. Our hotel room was spacious and has stunning view of the bay. However, the room is showing its age and the bathroom smelled musty and window screen was torn and dirty. The bedroom floor was a bit sticky not sure what they use for cleaning so wear slippers. Birds were plenty and nice to see but can get aggressive...

Cyclone Iris visited area just before our stay and we did not see the best of Airlie Beach. With only adequate weather Airlie Beach did not offer that much to do. I am sure that with fine weather this is a paradise.”
