Please note that the villa is built on an unprotected cliff and the terrace has an unfenced swimming pool! We ask parents of children between 2 and 12 years old to sign a document releasing us from all liability in case of an accident!

Villa Halcyon is located on Santiago Island!
Secluded villa on the sea at the edge of a cliff 10 min walk from Cidade Velha with large terrace overlooking a beautiful swimming pool of 7 by 3 m!
Small path gives access to a pebble beach!
Living room with large open kitchen, 4 bedrooms with bathroom and toilet all with A/C! 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor, one upstairs!
Apart from the upstairs bedroom, the whole house is wheelchair accessible!
The house is equipped with all the necessary household linen, the kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of utensils to feed 10 people!
During your stay you will receive a full breakfast and the daily maintenance of the villa for the modest sum of 12eu per person and per day provided by Jacqueline and Paulino who live 50 m away! The villa cannot be rented without their service! Paulino picks you up at the airport
They can also prepare all your meals for you!
Paulino is a guide on the island of Santiago and can therefore take you anywhere in his minibus.
