Location is excelente! Nice big room, comfy bed and nice hand soap. I went in summer with my husband and 2 kids. I was a little hesitant about paying the deposit thru link after learning that many scammers work that way, but it was the only way since it is a self check in. They do send instructions of everything with steps to enter the room. The key to the room is modern, thankfully my 19 year old got us in quite fast. One thing I didn’t know was that most places in Lugano don’t have air conditioners. So be aware! I have to say that even in summer (August) it wasn’t bad. The room has a floor cooling system and a fan. Check in was after 4pm (strictly) I had to walk around with bags for hours, but it was definitely stated ahead. They returned my deposit in a day or two. I would go back again. It was comfortable and spacious.

Loved everything about our stay! Very friendly and lovely staff. Location was beautiful and private up on the mountain. Also very good indoor spa and outdoor pool areas.
