Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good”

After we went to Taman Safari, we chose this hotel for stay 1 night. the neighborhood and scenery is awesome. we love it. however, when we went there we have some trouble with the tv channel. It had some bad connection through all day till we checked out. Internet was very good.”

”A two day stay at this hotel. Hotel is located outside the center. Hotel-area is big, and it's very beautiful there. Rooms are big and holds a high standard. Pool is also very big. It is located right next to outbound activities like high ropes; a challenging activity that occupies you for a couple of hours.
Had an issue with my creditcard being charged twice, but the hotel staff handled it very professionally, and it was solved by the hotel manager.”
