The room was not near as nice as the pictures made it appear! It was a 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen yet it did not include a single glass, dish, pan or piece of silverware without asking for it. It looked as if there had been a remodel but, if so it was done VERY POORLY! They collected $100 for "incidentals"! Really, there was absolutely NOTHING I could have done or charged at this hotel for that price! The kicker was after checking in we found our room to be very cold! We turned up the heat and went to dinner. When we came back the room was 65° even though the heat was set at 72°! We turned ot up again and ... nothing! The weather outside was 3°! After going to the desk we were offered the "executive suite" so, at 9:15 wecwere packing up our things and moving! The "executive suite" was basically the exact same as our current room although the dresser was smaller and the sliding closet door was completely broken! My husband is a contractor and could not even fix it! I would never stay here again! Too many other very nice choices very close!
