Nestled in a quiet street between OTR and UC, this house is the perfect place for your Cincinnati getaway. Newly renovated and spacious, with 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this house can comfortably accommodate multiple families, groups of friends, or professional travelers.

Pets are welcome ($100 per stay) and you can enjoy the large fenced-in backyard while lounging on the patio furniture or using the grill to cook dinner for friends or family.

The space:
This home is bright, spacious, and completely renovated from top to bottom. The brand new kitchen is stocked with cooking necessities for those who prefer to prepare their own food. The coffee station includes a standard coffee maker, a Keurig, and the mugs are handmade by local artists.

The bedrooms are the on the second and third floors. All mattresses are high-quality memory foam with comfortable linens. All linens, including comforters, are washed between every quest. Every bedroom has blackout curtains.

IMPORTANT: the third floor has one king bedroom and two twin beds. The twin beds are in the bonus room at the top of the stairs. This area is open and does not have a door. These beds are perfect for kids, especially with the adjacent king bedroom for parents. If your guests are all adults, please keep this in mind.

A washer and dryer can be found in the basement and detergent is provided.

Pets are allowed for a fee and the backyard is large and fenced in. When the weather's nice, feel free to enjoy the grill and the patio furniture.

Guest access:
The entire house is private. For accessible needs there are 2 steps to get into the house (1 from sidewalk, 1 into the house), and there are 5 steps to get to the backyard.
