When we first got there they told us that the pool was closed, I only booked this hotel because it had a pool otherwise I would have stayed somewhere nicer. We looked past that and went to the room but when we got there the bed was unmade and there was stuff all on the ground like it had not been vacuumed. There were also yellow (looked like cheese sauce) on the blanket. After going downstairs the lady at the front desk rolled her eyes at my wife and said she would give us a new room, the lady then got smart with my wife and asked if we wanted her to go check it first, but at a hotel the room should be clean and ready for the next guest. While the lady at the front desk was upstairs the laundry person kept walking past and getting smart with my wife and we asked for a manager at that point but she stated there was not one there. We did end up staying because it was late and we were tired after driving but we will never stay here again. I’d much rather sleep in my car than sleep here. Don’t even get me started on the smoke detector having tape sealing it off.
