”Super clean, great staff, friendly”

”Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.”

”Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area.”

”The carpet less room was clean. Bed comfortable. Amenities were basic but useful. Breakfast was okay...waffles, eggs, yogurt, muffins, assorted breads, breakfast drinks. Staff member "CC" was very helpful. The price was right too.”

The lobby is clean enough but you have to speak to someone on a screen in another country on something that resembles an ATM to check in which is a bit annoying but it was the least of our worries. The rooms smelled like a basement that had been flooded and left to dry, the smell of mildew was so bad in the bedrooms, and I mean multiple room, there was an elderly couple that had checked in ahead of us and literally turned around after they went to their room and...

”The room was decent and the staffs during the morning shift were helpful and very caring for my family needs. The breakfast was delicious and we were satisfied before going out in adventure. During the afternoon/evening trip back to the hotel, the staff working there and wasn’t too helpful with my needs as my parents wanted some information.
