”Air conditioning did not work, laid awake sweating all night. Desk said, " i will let maintance know" nothing else, no offer for anything! ”

”Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from, loved the coffee machine. A/c unit kept the room cool, just a little loud. Directions using the TV would of been helpful. Room was clean Staff was friendly ”

”Our room slept strong of tangerine, like they were trying to cover up a small. There was a white powder (like a carpet deodorant) and our bedding smelled like it sat in the washer too long. Our room, including bathroom was clean and that is huge for me. We were in the room very little, just to sleep. My only major complaint was lack of hot water. Water temp was warm at best”

”Stay nice. Place under renos, desperately needs it. Old elevator held together with electrical tape. Very old, stinks, and wasn't very clean. Pillows were terrible, sm squares.”

”It is difficult to rate the hotel as it is currently under construction. The hotel is old, hence the construction. The breakfast was eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, and waffles. There was cold cereal bowls and instant oatmeal. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite and each bedroom had a private bathroom.”

”The building was under renovation. We did not know that when we arrived. Our room was completed except for the cable not being hooked up. Their maintenance team worked nonstop until it was up and running. Overall it was nice considering the work being done. They had ran out of yogurt and the maintenance guy actually drove to the store to buy our kids yogurt! We though that was amazing, he definitely did not need to do that!”

”The hotel is behind the mall, tons of areas to find food/supplies within walking distance. The gentleman at the desk was incredibly nice and friendly. We stayed in town for two nights for a tournament. Walking inside, there was a musty smell we had to air out. There must have been units upstairs, the stairs went right above our bedroom closet where there is zero insulation or noise cancellation. So at 3am when they went in and outside, it sounded like a herd of elephants. ”
