I’d had a spill with some soda in the room and wiped it up with the hand towels so I took them down to the desk and asked if I could trade them in for clean ones. She asked several maids to replace them as they walked by. no. so she went herself to the laundry room and got some clean ones. she came back with a smile, sweet and. cheerful. ”They put us out in room 153. It was a run down room needing repairs and a deep clean. Lots of dust and dirt embedded on the baseboards and tile floor. Jetted tub had scum around the jets, shower headed needed to be changed as only a trickle of water came out. Pool area was dirty and in need of repairs. Breakfast was a typical "free" breakfast, tasteless. The wi-fi was strong and usable. Would not stay here again.”

”Didn’t receive any room service during my 6 night stay. It says after you get there that it’s only once a week so if you stay less than a week you don’t get any. I didn’t have a do not disturb card. I see why as they don’t check on you anyway. The front desk is mostly left unattended, there’s a phone to call for service but it was broken. They are super friendly when you do see them though. The man at the desk was so nice and helped me. The washers are free so that was the highlight. The rooms...
