”The room was extremely warm, I’m guessing it was in the 80s when we arrived. It took about 3 hours for the room to get a comfortable temperature. We were thrown off by the window in the living room area facing into the hallway, this gave the room more of a motel feeling.
The staff was very helpful, which was great. The room, beddings, towels, and furniture were very clean.”

”The only thing I could say that was good about the hotel is the room the hot tub wasn’t even warm it was about the same temperature as the pool or worse I put the bubbles on and it just made it colder. I go into the elevator to go to my room and I was afraid that it was going to get stuck on us every time we went in it or would fall because how slow and load it was going up and down plus the other elevator is out of service which says something god only knows how long they’ve been checked and...

”The room was not ready at 3 pm check-in time. We had to wait for almost 1 hour before we could check-in. The front desk staff was apologetic though about the room not being ready. The ac on one side of the suite is not working well and it was very noisy. I think the room needs some updating. The pool needs to be cleaned. Other than these things, we had a comfortable stay.”
