”Great staff, very accommodating. They let us check in early without a problem and were super friendly throughout the entirety of our trip. The hotel is located near an outlet mall but not a very popular area. Getting Ubers were a little difficult and expensive because it wasn’t the most popular part of the city. Recommend renting a car. Easy and safe parking right at the hotel.”

”Clean and quiet. Air was cold, bed comfortable, and sheets nice and white. Plenty of soft pillows. Nice little sitting area. We arrived late and left early but rested well. Both desk clerks were friendly as well as cleaning staff. ”

”Easy, quick check-in. Being new, this hotel was extremely clean. Pretty good continental breakfast. Very friendly employees. Our room was a pretty good distance from the elevator, but that was the only thing I could say even remotely unflattering about our stay. ”

”We are in room 203. The tub faucet was continuously running. There is a hole in the wall in the bathroom sink area. We kept seeing baby roaches and one adult one in the room. The loveseat in the room was clearly very old with a cover over it that didn’t look sanitary to sit on. The property looked clean and well maintained on the outside.”
