”Located in a quiet place, it is easily accessible to Pittsburgh. Exceptionally clean room, beds and bathroom. Housekeeping did a great job. Complimentary breakfast included adequate varieties of food items. ”

”Terrible staff and systems. I stayed 3 nights, each night my door access expired, and I needed to walk a mile to get it renewed with no apologetic gesture by staff!! Also, I forgot my toiletries bag when I checked out. Fortunately, I was in the town. I kept calling, and nobody picked up the phone for hours. Finally, when someone picked up, they said she will have to check with the housekeeping person who did housekeeping of my room, and that will not happen till next morning. The next morning...

”There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

”The water temperature went from scolding hot to freezing cold. There was no in between. The cable/internet kept going in and out. Breakfast was to be until 10am, but closed at 9am Sunday. Front desk staff was helpful. You are allowed 2 guests/room, so if, you have children, they charge $20/each for them. ”

”The room was very clean and bath room was clean and fresh. The shower was in disrepairas it only dispensed HOT WATER. The single knob mixing valve was not calibrated correctly to mix the water to a comfort temperature. We did not have an opportunity to inform the front desk because it was discovered in the morning just before we were getting ready for church services. We informed the front desk when we returned. They were accomodating kind and reseptive.”
