”Only I did not like on app said 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. This is reason I booked but only 1 restroom available. Even I called 2 days before verify 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom person said yes 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom. But wasn’t ”

”When we arrived the basement was freezing and heat panel was turned off. I scrambled to find the phone number to call a contact to ask how they could turn it on. I was told that they had central heating and if someone from one of the suites had opened a window the whole system would shut off. I asked the person if they could turn it back on he said he didn't know how to. Then I asked how were we going to sleep in the cold they said they could send someone with some portable heaters. ”This hotel has an ideal location for exploring White Rock, right across from the beach at the east end of Marine Drive. The room was clean and bright with very comfortable beds. We were on the top floor, which was quiet and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff here are friendly and accommodating, especially if you check in a bit early. Not a ton of extra amenities but there is so much to do that it’s not a big deal. ”

”There was air and heat . But there was no ice machine, restaurant, or anything to purchase if hungry unless you used there vending machine. The person working the front desk was very quiet i had written them about getting a letter check out with zero response and i had messaged them at 7am . Basically its a decent place to sleep its not on the hogh end side but it was one of the cheaper hotels on the area”

”The owner was very helpful as we had a schedule change situation and when we requested if we could add extra day to our stay, they confirmed it ok right away. This location is good as walking distance to mall, food court, and train station.is about 20mins. Also close by are restaurants which is makes it convenient for eating out and have a nice quiet and relaxing walk back. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Bath soap Dove is a very nice touch! The dining and living room is small...

”My room's exterior wall was full length glass and had to run electric heater full on to warm up the room which is a fair size. It is early spring, I had to move rooms because heater willl take too long, the 2nd room was better since it is slightly smaller, and smaller amount of windows. It has a kitchen with microwave, an air fryer, a hot plate would be handy. Appliances and kitchen ware are new and washed. However, parking lot is limited and street parking will have to be utilized during the...
