Excellent place. Very nice and quiet. Communication is really bad if you want to get in touch with them. Facilities are great but for example to pools where the SPA is need to be taken care more (they were full of bugs every time we went)

Food and dining service could have been better. Sauna didn't work and steam room didn't have enough steam. Everything else was perfect. Would highly reommend.

Bio Habitat is truly five star without the star rating. The rooms are all individual and located in the lush jungle surroundings of the hotel. They have fantastic views of the surrounding area and wildlife. The food is brilliant combining local cuisine in fusion with global tastes. The staff are all excellent and cannot do enough for you. This is an ideal spot to relax and forget the outside world or use as a base to explore the beautiful Quindío coffee region.

Fantastic hotel with large adjacent forest. Private villas are modern, located in the nature and you wake up from songs of the birds. Great restaurant, SPA, forest inside the hotel

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. Amazing views amazing spa. The rooms were incredible as well as the food. The staff was very supporting and very kind. I hope I can visit this place in the future.

Excellent place to unwind ! No need to go anywhere else, great restaurant, bar and pool area. The staff was top notch but the most helpful person was Fernando and he does speak English which is really convenient. I will love to come back in the near future for a longer stay.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever been. Staying at Bio Habitat is an experience in itself. From dining, to relaxation, so scenery, everything was beyond incredible. Hot tubs were lukewarm at best and our outdoor tub had no hot water so just something to consider when booking your room type. Nevertheless, we still had the greatest time and would return again and again if we didn’t live halfway across the world.

The property itself is beautiful, we did one of the unguided hikes around the property and it was great to see all of the ways they are working to be ecologically friendly. There are a few things the hotel could work on, like the cleanliness of the room. There were spiderwebs inside the room, prior guests had written in the steam that builds up on the glass walls and they clearly had not been wiped down afterwards. The humidity in the room is very high- even with the dehumidifier turned on. Overall I liked my stay but for the price point and based on what I saw, I wouldn’t come back.

Es un hotel sobrevalorado y caro. Tiene buen paisaje comodidad, pero más de 1 millón de pesos colombianos (más de 250 dólares) es alto. La habitación es linda y cómoda. El restaurante mal atendido, llegamos a las 9 y 30 am para el desayuno y sirvieron al final las bebidas frias (cuando ya habíamos terminado, y pidiéndolas). En la cena la carne dura, y los cócteles con poco alcohol. Creo que han generado un impacto alto en redes y cobran por eso, pero lamentablemente de la fama y las redes no se vivirá por siempre. He conocido otros sitios con características similares y este ha sido una desilusión (esperaba más). Varios huéspedes extranjeros han reclamado en el lobby por restaurante y por la experiencia. Vale la pena ir?, si. Pero a ese costo, No.

We never got to the hotel, it was impossible to reach the hotel staff. They post a WhatsApp number that only answers automated responses like a cheap website, horrendous and boon existent customer service!

Overall, we were very satisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our special thanks to Paola. She is fantastic! Our room was fine. We had the Master Suite and it was attached to another room. There was one very big downside. We could hear everything from our neighbours. The conversations, farts and snoring. Very unpleasant. Because of the many instagrammers, the atmosphere was also not really optimal. So perhaps we are not quite part of the target group.

El hotel estuvo fantástico, la verdad fue uno de los mejores hoteles que estuve en el Quindío , la vista estaba espectacular, las instalaciones del hotel estaban de película, no tengo queja alguna, el personas, la atención y la comida todo fue perfecto.

La verdad que el alojamiento es muy bonito y merece la pena el precio que pagas. Es una lástima que la experiencia por nuestra parte haya sido nefasta. La primera noche comimos en el restaurante y nos intoxicamos. Perdimos todo el siguiente día encerrados en la habitación. Nos ponemos en contacto con el manager y caso omiso, no contesta. El alojamiento tiene todo para ser un éxito pero casos como este demuestran que aún les falta mucho.

Beautiful setting, rooms gorgeous and spa amazing. The only negative would be the food still needs a bit of upgrading. I would prefer they have a smaller menu done perfectly rather than a large menu that is lacking.
