”Breakfast was just ok, certainly not really a good value.
Rooms are dark, low ceilings, out-updated furniture, etc.
All in all, the hotel is good enough, though one may not think of it as a spa like experience, especially when considering that this is one of the attractions/ amenities that they are offering & advertising.”

”It was wonderful to have parking included at the facility. The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the centre of town so easy to get to. Having a restaurant/bar on premises was also very nice. The room was a bit small but was listed correctly in their ad for the place and it worked out fine.”

”From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and friendly, after a 3 and half hour journey we had a lovely roast dinner and a beer which went down very well. We were then shown our room which was perfect, and matched the quaint pub, the bed was comfortable. tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, & water readily available, en-suite with shower and t.v. Breakfast was lovely all fresh and local produce. Final evening we had a lovely meal which coincided with my husbands birthday, the dessert came out...

”The room, separate to and, around the back of the pub was stunning. It was warm and cosy with a controllable radiator for heat. Bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. No shower, but a lovely bath with a handheld shower head. Perfect place to stay before starting the Thames Path. Food was elevated pub fare, and brekkie was the standard full English.”

”The hotel does not have personnel in the front desk.
They said they sent a code by mail. Well, never happened.
A hotel needs a front desk, for many reasons.

”Beautiful old building in central Cirencester, tastefully decorated and with extremely well trained staff.
We ate breakfast and our evening meal there and both were excellent in the lovely brasserie.
The spa and gym were at the time closed for refurbishment, but it was only for one night so didn’t affect us.
We had a lovely room with a Cathedral view with lots of space and good sized en-suite.
Highly recommend-we’ll be back.”
