"For a traveller without a car the location is difficult. Shuffle bus is the only option with taxi, but the bus takes a lot of time even for a couple kilometres journey because of bad logistics. At the hotel all food and drinks are super expensive and it is almost impossible to eat healthy. There are no food stores close. A bottle of water is 4 euros and a glass of juice is 5 euros. I was also dissapointed with the pool. There are only two pools: 150cm that is too much for a kid who cant swim yet or an short adult to accompany that child and 60 cm pool that is mainly for the little ones. There should be something in between for everyone to enjoy safely. Also the mandatory swimming cap is a weird rule - take your own because it is expensive there to buy. The customer service in the bar was horrible. I had to wait 30 minutes for bread. After complaining, they promised to compensate but I never got anything. Hotel was clean and safe though and the yeard was nice."

"Erinomaisella paikalla Arena di Veronan kyljessä ostoskatujen äärellä. Ystävällinen henkilöstö, joka Italiassa on huomionarvoista ja poikkeuksellista. Huone hieno ja siisti. Vahva kemikaalin haju huoneessa ja näytti siltä, että ammeen silikonisaumassa oli hiemanmustia pilkkuja. Aamiaisella suolaista ja makeaa. Kattoterassilla kannattaa käydä syömässä tai drinkillä. Jos paikalla oopperan aikaan, näkymä/kuuluma Arenalle kannattaa hyödyntää. Saa myös hyvät kuvat Veronan kattojen yltä. Hotellilla näytti olevan polkupyöriä lainattavaksi. Aulassa ilmainen karkkibuffa."

"Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Paikka lähellä käyttämäämme rautatieasemaa.Olimme kaksi yötä hotellissa. Minun mielestäni on turha vaihtaa liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet joka päivä kuten nyt kävi. Se ei ole ekologista."

"Hotelli hienolla paikalla. Hotelli siisti ja henkilökunta palvelevaa. Yleisten tilojen kunto on hyvä, hotellihuoneen perustasoa. Autolla saapuvien tulee jättää auto kauemmaksi parkkiin. Vartioidusta parkista kuitenkin järjestetty säännöllinen kuljetus hotellille. Parkki ei kuulu hotelliyön hintaan vaan maksaa erikseen 16€ per yö."
