”Very disappointed with my stay at Americas Best Inn in Bastrop. My room had rust around the sink and bathtub drains, buildup on the shower head, and hair left in the tub. The front desk showed me four other rooms, but every one had the same issues. This wasn’t a one-room problem—it appeared to be a property-wide cleanliness and maintenance issue. Guests deserve better.”

”The stay was great! The only concerns, the day of checkout, went to breakfast and return to room and we were already locked out. Had to get someone to let us in. This happened before noon check out. A couple of the face towels were beyond dingy.
Other than that, would stay again.”
