”Arrived at 6:00 p.m. for check-in, even though check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and was told my room still wasn't ready, so I had to wait. The hotel is in a noisy location, and the room could have been much cleaner. There was dust in the corners, and the shower floor felt oily and slippery. Overall, the property did not feel clean or inviting. The staff, however, were friendly and courteous, which was the one positive aspect of my stay.”

”Nice hotel. Breakfast was really good and a variety of choices including hot food. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Beds were a little uncomfortable but not bad. The location was great. Close to the interstate and lots of shopping.”

”The hotel room was huge, super clean, and gorgeous. The shower was one of the best ever and the shampoo, conditioner and bath gel all smelled amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful as the property is huge.”

”Upon arriving, the trash in the room was full from the previous guest. We had clean sheets and towels though. Staff was ok. We had an older gentleman check us in the first night and he laughed when he saw how long we were staying and asked “what could you possibly be doing HERE for that many days?” We also needed a way to freeze ice packs for my son’s insulin and when asked about storing the ice packs in their freezer, the same gentleman gave my husband an attitude like it was an inconvenience....

”We stayed 2 nights and honestly the room felt like a much higher rated hotel. Very comfortable clean quiet and everything you'd expect from a 4 star. The staff went the extra mile for us and we would definately recommend and stay again”
