”Excellent host and getaway! Room comes with use of the courtyard and grill, with ample seating and shade. Also included is the use of bicycles for riding into town, and a double kayak. Room was uplifting and well appointed - we even had a juicer to make our own salad dressing! There was a family in the adjacent studio, but walls were sound and our room remained quiet. It is intentional false advertising. The “shared bathroom” clause is supposed to have you assume you will be sharing the place with the elderly woman that lives there and whatever guests she has in another room.
