”Room was dirty the entire hotel gave you a dirty feel if you look closely most things were not cleaned rugs not vacuumed and hallways. Tile floor is not detailed cleaned, etc..”

”Room very clean, but bathroom had mildew smell. It was very clean, but very strong every time you passed the bathroom door. Room very spacious. Gym equipment very clean and looked brand new. The staff was very friendly and eager to help with any problems. Had noisy kids above us that were very loud. Kids will be kids so we didn't say anything the first couple of nights, But the third night after 10:30 we finally had to call down and let them know. All the noise immediately stopped. Breakfast...

”Excellent stay, would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent, very friendly. The pet fee was great, not overly charged as other places are. We forgot a cell phone and the staff quickly called us to notify us for pick up; which was great because imgine being miles away and having to come back for it. We even got a complementary drink form their Lounge. The "hot breakfast" was good too. I'm extremely happy with the stay. Would definitely recommend.”

”It was a terrible stay. The bathroom in our room was so dirty. Mens beard hair in the sink, long women’s hair on the bathroom floor. Toothpaste splatter on the counter, faucet and mirror. Dirty counter top. Our toilet paper roll had a couple of squares on it, they didn’t even bother to replace it with a new roll. When we told the front staff all they said was sorry about that and did nothing to try and make it right. All this had us questioning everything in the room. Not a good night. ”

”I like that it’s pet friendly and has an EV charger on site. Breakfast could be better. Room was ok, sofa was a bit stained and toilet paper holder was broken. Bed was good but pillows were uncomfortable. It worked for budget pet friendly stay. ”

”Great property. But got into the shower and the shampoo and conditioner was completely empty. Contact on the floor. Hard bed. But these were my only gripes. Lovely property. If you walk your dog, walk toward Texas Tech and cross over. Campus is nice and clean. ”

”This is a staffless row of suites across from the Pioneer Pocket hotel. You park right in front of your suite which includes a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The room was clean, featured extra toiletries, and was convenient to downtown dining. This is our new favorite in Lubbock and was very reasonably priced.”
