”Though there were some highlights of our stay, such as a good breakfast, a couple helpful staff, and the property being fairly clean, the negatives outweighed the positives. Upon arrival, (15 minutes after the check in time), we were informed our room still wasn't ready. They had to move us into another room. The person helping us was clearly overwhelmed, and it appeared the hotel was short staffed. The staff member gave us towels (which we had to take outside to drive around the building to get...

”Things were great for one night - I just didn't sleep well because of the pillows. I just find that frustrating when the bed is comfy etc. And the AC blows on you rather than up, so I was either quite warm when it wasn't running or freezing when it was. Otherwise, it was all good there! If you're a better sleeper than me you'll likely be fine. Lol”

”Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a room with 2 queen beds so got double beds instead. This made for very tight sleeping arrangements.”

”Check was a breeze until we got to the room and I wanted to warm up some food for the kids after a long day with a long drive, but stove was not working. I called and they sent someone who spent quite some time trying to fix the stove only to tell me that they could not fix it. I called the reception again and they were saying he was going to fix it but I told them the guy said he could not. Only at that point did they suggest changing my room. I asked them what do I do next, they said to wait....

”When I booked this hotel the photos ended up not looking anything like what I booked. Where I ended up looked like we were in sex worker central. Maybe you should update your photos so people know that instead of a charming hotel, it’s a place you take your sex worker for the night. I paid my dues and they charged me an extra $31.50.. for what you ask I have no clue. This place sucked and was creepy as heck. I will not return to this place at all.”

”Amazing property, with a high end feel. Great location with great city views. The Oscar Wilde Dorian theme may have gone a bit far, with the QR codes to confess your secrets anonymously and rate them. Seemed odd.”
