”The hotel is the nicest best western I’ve stayed it. The rooms are extremely clean, are modern and the beds are comfy. Dan at the front desk was extremely accommodating and kind. The other front desk guy was also accommodating when we needed an early check in and the house keeping staff is attentive. Extremely happy with our decision to spend 2 nights here. Pretty close- close enough to drive or uber- to downtown. And felt like a safe spot being next to a Toyota dealership. ”

”The staff was professional and very accommodating to any requests we had. The room was spacious, clean and exceeded our expectations. We attended the spa for a couples massage and the staff was wonderful and we enjoyed the sitting on the outdoor patio afterwards while enjoying a snack and refreshment. Then we each used the infrared saunas in the change rooms. The valet staff were friendly and the one gentleman was quite entertaining to talk with while he helped us with our luggage! We ordered...

”Very nice hotel! Rooms are modern, clean, and very spacious. The location is convenient, walkable and with many dining options nearby. The only downside is the absence of a refrigerator in the room, but other than that, it is a great place to stay. ”
”They accommodated my need for thinner pillows and soaps that were hypoallergenic. Staff were really helpful and cheerful. Matthew helped us find everything we needed in the area. Wonderful stay. ”

”The check in process is a bit difficult. Meaning the keyless entry screen doesn’t work super well. I have stayed here twice and I love the building and rooms, but, both times I needed tenants to help. The screen needs a certain touch and the tenants advised that using keys works best (the tip of the key). ”
