”I have a long history with the Beach Grove Motel. I have stayed here 15-16 times over the last 20 years. My reason for coming here is that the motel is just across the road from Boundary Bay Regional Park and Centennial Beach. A low tide event on Boundary Bay is something very special. You can walk barefoot 2 km out into the bay. Perhaps as far as the Point Roberts border marker. If you are a fussy person, who gets upset by this or that, stay somewhere else. Though there is not much choice in...

”I would’ve liked the hot tub to be a bit hotter. I have stayed there several times and do not understand how the TV system works. There is no guide several staff, including front desk mechanical and housekeeping have also come to my room to show me the TV and they don’t understand how it works it would be helpful if there was just a little card to show us how to find the guide on the TV.”

But only think disappointed no water there , even to tap in kitchen , when i asked to manager she said use from washroom nd boild it , mean seriously why i drink from washroom if paying 134$ . Even room was street side , all night car horrows disturbed alot”

”My room was basic at best with a double bed rather than Queen. The heating/cooling system was noisy and the room overlooked a roof top which contained various machinery probably related to the heating and cooling system of the hotel. Not pretty at all. However the staff were nice and the room was clean.”

”Relatively New home, quite clean Common area has everything but stoves, free coffee, tea, bananas, apples, filtered water I have room with separate but private bathroom, not as convenient as master bedroom but save on rent Parking is on garage driveway or on streets Quiet neighborhood and looks safe, close to where I was going to everyday Only minor gripe is heating is on a bit too warm , makes me feel itchy with dry skin ”
