”Room was impressively clean but the road noise was equally impressive. Wow. Most disappointing was when hotel clerk broke the cardinal rule of announcing our room number out loud to the other person in the small check-in area. Then when we reached the room, the security locking feature on the door did not work. Unacceptable. She did agree to move us to another room. There is absolutely nothing around this place and if you don’t have transportation ordering pizza seems to be the only option. ”

”Shower needs a good scrub there was built up soap scum all over the walls and on the floor. Beds ere a little harder than we liked. And pool closing at 9pm was a downer for we traveled for 13 hrs and was looking forward to setting in the hot tub. ”

”We had to wait for over an hour for our room. And it had 2 beds both of the comforters were stained bad. The room was not vacuumed and the bathroom was not swept or mopped. Only had 1 towel and couldn’t get more. We had to pay extra to get to the concert cause of the wait to get in our room. We paid over $300 for this room when it is usually $85. And the morning we are checking out the manager only said they would refund $60 for the problems and was very unhelpful.”

”Moving forward we will be staying across the street at the Hyatt. Tons of dust in our room. One box of tissues and a few tv stations and big delay changing channels to boot. You also cannot close ur snack store all the tine and fir second stay in a row ur back doors are locked and had to walk all the to front. And not all of us want a ton of spice on our steaks!! Room 1104”

”This hotel used to be a Red Roof Inn and is going through renovations, so it currently has a lot of construction. We were here for the George Strait concert, so I didn't mind the elevated price. I don't know how much an overnight stay usually costs. It is an older hotel, but it was clean and adequate for our needs.”

”I normally try and be fair about reviews but this hotel was awful. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage up to 3rd floor. The room was dirty and didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well. The shower tub was peeling and had a disgusting rubber mat over it to hide the peeling. The sink and toilet area was dirty and dated. The AC for the room worked poorly so we were hot or cold all night. It was truly a disgusting experience!”

”Breakfast menu was great, but not the warmest. We were on the 1st floor and could hear all the walking above us which was annoying. We had the jacuzzi suite and it was nice. Parking was cool, just had to watch the birds outside. Overall it was ok. ”

”Requested room to be cleaned and freshened up with towels, coffee, drinking glasses. They said they would but did not. Had to go down at 11:00pm to get items. Otherwise it was fine. Btw…we were there for a concert so was charged 1100.00 for a 2 night stay. Regular price around 140.00 per night..”
