”The property personnel were helpful, especially the proprietor who was on duty all 4 days of my stay. My room was very dusty. I have videos showing the extent. The bathroom had numerous cracks in the grout on a number of places, forcets on shower fixtures ,cracks in the toilet seat questioning the spread of infectious bacteria. The toilet grout at the base was cracking leading to overflows of fluids from showering. I do have pictures and videos of these areas as I was disappointed in the upkeep...

Unfortunately, the USB outlets by the bed and under the TV weren't working, but the one on the lamp was. The TV occasionally had bad reception, but not too bad.The air conditioning unit by the window leaked water on the floor at times, but it still worked well and kept the room nice and cool.”

”I've had a wonderful stay at the Guest House Inn. The property is kept clean, and the rooms are spotless and rooms comfortable. ”Only thing decent if that was what was there for breakfast. Pool didn’t work and was not mentioned they said they talked to me and it was surely not me my door handle was broken to get into the room from the outside no help there. Blood on the sheets I mentioned and got o e sheet bathroom toilet paper was 3/4 gone when we got into room. Ice machine was out as well l. I’m very very disappointed and would like my money back we traveled for softball and had kids as well as another family with us...

”Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. We kept slipping on the wet tile and it became hazardous for us in return. I’ll be sure to ask if...
