Es Peix Blau - Sparkling apartment with pool

Just a stone’s throw from the entrance to the exclusive Pueblo Menorquín is Es Peix Blau, our apartment, where the freshness of the sea, comfort and a sense of well-being reign supreme.

All the rooms are on a single level, though it features a beautiful terrace from which you can admire the sea from the comfort of your holiday home.

It has two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and a sofa bed in the main living room.

As you enter, you’ll notice that natural light will be your constant companion throughout your stay, as the living room has huge windows opening onto a private patio, fully furnished so you can enjoy meals surrounded by greenery and the Menorcan sky.

The main living area combines the kitchen, dining room and lounge, where there is a sofa bed for relaxing. For your comfort, this space is air-conditioned and also has a television.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room has a table and chairs so that everyone can enjoy the meals you prepare.

Our flat has two spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The en-suite master bedroom features a cosy double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom, with two single beds, is also spacious and has a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and windows overlooking the garden. In the hallway, you’ll find a second full bathroom with a shower for guests’ convenience.

The terrace deserves a special mention – a place where you can relax in the open air, enjoy meals with a beautiful view of the sea and the complex’s lush garden, which is home to the magnificent communal swimming pool.

SERVICES

- The apartment has Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.

- There is air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom, as well as ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

- A cot and high chair are available on request; we recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability.

- Although there is no private car park, the street surrounding the complex offers free parking spaces and it is usually easy to find a place to park.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

- In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is compulsory to complete the online registration for all guests and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.

- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest.

- Before arrival, and once registration and payment of the tax have been completed, we will send you all the information you need to access the apartment, as well as useful details for your stay. Should you have any queries or suggestions, we are available and will be delighted to assist you via our customer service team.

- A damage deposit of €300 will be charged on the day of arrival, by credit card. Once the property has been inspected and provided there are no issues, the amount will be refunded by the same method within 5 days of check-out.

- The accommodation provides a complimentary welcome kit containing basic cleaning products for kitchenware, toilet paper and bin bags upon arrival. Food items are not included, nor are they replenished during your stay, as these items are intended solely to cover your immediate needs.

- The furniture, décor or certain features of the property may have been refurbished or updated over time, so there may be slight differences compared to the photographs shown.

HOW TO GET AROUND

To get around Son Xoriguer and Cala'n Bosch, you can walk, use public transport or travel by private vehicle. These are convenient areas to explore on foot and offer a wide range of nearby amenities.

However, to discover Menorca’s many coves and places of interest, we recommend having your own vehicle, whether a car or a scooter. This provides greater comfort and flexibility, while also giving you easy access to beaches and natural spots that are not served by public transport.

If you prefer to travel by bus, there are routes connecting Son Xoriguer with Ciutadella, from where you can continue to other destinations across the island. Services are limited and operate mainly during the summer months, so we recommend checking the Mou-t Menorca website for the latest routes and timetables.
