Located in the city of Ciutadella de Menorca and few minutes away from the beaches, Villa Fountain is a beautiful property with all the privacy and comforts to make your stay in Menorca, unforgettable.

The big spaces outside includes a very well keeped garden with palma trees and Mediterranean plants, several terraces with lounge areas, hammoks, a pergola with table and chairs for al fresco dinners. The garden hosts also an original swimming pool and a romantic Jacuzzi where to enjoy and aperitif , a terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, the perfect place where to enjoy the sunny days and have a fresh bath. The guests will appreciate also the BBQ, a tennis court and for the kids a tennis table.

From the covered terrace, just in front of the garden, we move inside, in the spacious living room with wooden beams, large sofas, a big TV, the fireplace and a dinner area with table and chairs, located in front of the big glass windows to admire the spaces outside.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all the necessary to prepare your meals with family and friends.

Villa Fountain can accommodate 9 person in its 4 comfortable and well decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the rooms are divided as follow:
Room 1 has 3 single beds 90 cm.
Room 2 has 2 single beds 100 cm.
Room 3 has 1 double bed 150 cm.
Room 4 has 1 king size bed 180 cm.

Complete the Villa the Wifi connection, air conditioning, air fan, highchairs, baby cot ,a toddler bed , a garage and the car parking.
