Villa Luciana is located in Son Bou, a 15 minute walk from the beach.

It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a spacious and bright living dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house also has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.

The private pool and parking are located on the lower floor. The house also has a barbecue.

The terraces run along the entire sea facing façade and offer open views, with different areas for relaxing.



The villa has Wi Fi, bed linen, and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided. The pool is for private use. It is maintained once a week, usually first thing in the morning. Inside, the house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, allowing a comfortable temperature to be maintained throughout the year. The house also has a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, clothes horse, and iron. A cot and high chair are available on request; it is recommended to request them in advance to ensure availability. The house is rented for exclusive use, so guests can enjoy all the indoor and outdoor areas in complete privacy. The villa has parking within the property. In addition, free parking is available on the surrounding streets.

In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to register all guests online and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. It will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest.

The tourist and commercial area of Son Bou is a 10 minute walk from the villa, where there are supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants. During the high season, the area has a lively atmosphere, while the residential area where the house is located is quieter and more residential. In the surrounding area, you can also visit some of the island's most important prehistoric sites, such as Torre d'en Galmés, Torralba d'en Salort, and Son Na Caçana. The nearest town is Alaior, about 15 minutes away by car, where you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, and services. Mahón is about 20 minutes away and Ciutadella about 40 minutes by car, making this area a good starting point for exploring the rest of the island.

From Villa Luciana, you can walk to Son Bou beach and the shopping area, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and other services. To discover other coves and points of interest in Menorca, the best option is to have your own vehicle, whether a car or a motorbike. This allows for greater comfort and flexibility, as well as easy access to beaches and corners of the island that are not reached by public transport. If you prefer to use public transport, there are bus lines connecting Son Bou with other towns on the island, such as Alaior and Mahón. Villa Luciana is a 140 m² house spread over two floors. The lower floor has a private parking area and a swimming pool surrounded by a concrete bench where you can sunbathe and relax. From the parking lot, you can access the house by climbing some stairs that lead to the main terrace and the entrance to the living room. The living room is spacious and bright, with a large sofa with chaise longue, armchairs, coffee table, fireplace, and television. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary utensils for cooking during your stay. Next to the kitchen is a small separate laundry room with a washing machine and iron. The living room, dining room, and kitchen have open views of the sea and connect to the outdoor area of the house, which runs along the entire sea facing façade. Outside, you will find different spaces to enjoy the outdoors: a covered terrace with a dining table, an area with armchairs and umbrellas next to the living room, and a separate chill out terrace accessible from the kitchen. The house also has a barbecue.

Check in is from 4:00 p.m. and check out is until 10:00 a.m. Check in is self service, ensuring convenience and flexibility upon arrival. Before arrival and once registration and payment of the fee have been completed, we will send you all the information you need to access the villa, as well as useful details for your stay. During your stay, guests enjoy complete privacy in the villa. Only the pool maintenance team accesses the property once a week to perform necessary tasks.
