Villa Sol Blanc by Villa Plus

Villa Sol Blanc is in a great central position. A pleasant 10 minute walk will bring you to the shops, restaurants and waterpark along the main street in the centre of Calan Forcat. You'll also be able to reach Calan Forcat Cove and the small beach of Cala Picas easily on foot. There's a partial sea view from the first floor terrace, a private pool and BBQ. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

It only takes 10 minutes to walk from Villa Sol Blanc into the resort centre, as well as the coast road which has superb views of the open sea. The main Strip of Calan Forcat is lined with cafes, shops, bars and restaurants offering varied menus. There's also a waterpark situated in the heart of the resort. Calan Forcat Cove and the small natural beach of Cala Picas can be reached on foot, and the larger sandy beach of Calan Blanes is 1 mile away.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

The air conditioning in this villa operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.
