”If you’re into insta posing by the large pool, you’ll love this place. It draws a mostly younger crowd, genZ/millennials, at least while I was there. Lots of nightlife, music and posing at the various bars/clubs on premises. There were a few families with kids which was a bit of a surprise. The food and drink at the various restaurants and bars was excellent and reasonably priced. While my room was beautiful, the biggest drawback for me was the lack of any surface or drawer to put away my stuff,...

”Breakfast was convenient but just okay. Parking is not free. It’s $27 a night or you have to park site or on the street for free where there was several homeless people walking around and sleeping.”

”The bathroom inside the room we stayed in was terrible. the door to the shower wouldn’t full close so water would go everywhere and the door to the bathroom itself wouldn’t lock either and there was a constant humming sound. Someone else on our floor must have complained because someone came knocking on our day the day we checked out to see if there were any issues in our room. Turns out they knocked on the wrong door :/ ”

”You can tell it’s been a nice establishment, but is now showing signs of age everywhere. Room was small, carpets dirty and musty. Beds were worn down and lumpy. Good for a single night’s stay, but desperately needs a thorough makeover.”

”AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The one star I gave this hotel was purely just for the staff. This was by far my biggest disappointment of any hotel I’ve ever booked on Expedia in my life and I’ve been traveling for over 40 years. I consider myself a reasonable person, but this hotel is bait and switch. I booked a room that had a partition and a door so that my daughter‘s area could be separated from my husband and mine. What we got was a blank, white boring box sharp screws, hanging down from the armoire....

”Room was not the greatest, the metal corner thing from the wall coming off, the carpet was against the wall was also coming off. Toilet was backed up and took almost an hr to get a plunger but the gentleman in the office buhh was nice enough to let me use the office restroom. ”

”Room smelled like pet urine, no kitchen supplies in the room, staff rude and unconcerned, floor was sticky, cabinets where cracked and chipped and this was supposed to the new owners cleaning things up. When we asked for extra pillows we where told no, only 3 to a room/bed.”

”They didn’t clean my room, didn’t change towels neither made the bed. I left the room at 9 am and came back at 9 pm and the room was open and dirty and when I call guest services they were really rude and very unhelpful. The stay was really unpleasant. The sofa bed is very old. I won’t stay at this property again.”

”Would definitely stay here again!! Surprised not more people stay here. A gorgeous view of the airport and the downtown skyline. If you get up early enough you can get a beautiful view of the sunrise. Very modern and homey. Went with a party of 8, 3 kids and they loved either sleeping on their bunk beds or their mothers. Not far from the zoo, downtown or sea world. Definitely would recommend renting a car or taking your own, spent $8-$15 each day multiple times a day which doesn’t seem like much...
