”The house is spacious and well kept. You have to deal a bit with the more “free mood” of stuff laying around in the house and outside. But maybe that makes the charme. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche.”

”My family has visited in Italy many times but never had so amazing views from the house than in this one. The pool was also very nice, it's situated few meters away from the house and between the owners house. Mr Benito, lives in the upper apartment, other side of the house and takes care of the house and surroundings. He was very kind and helpfull when we needed something. Though speaks only Italian. ”Amazing stay at Irene’s place! Place is even better than pictures - so much space!! Ideally for group of 15. Very clean. Easy check in - Irene was there on arrival. Communication with Irene was amazing - answered so many of my questions. Even transported us to supermarket to do our shop (at a cost). Location very remote so car needed. But great if want to be away from it all! Irene was great in helping to organise and cook for us twice - pizza and private chef. Only feedback would be that we...

Judy was really helpful, has a long list of recommendations and thanks to her we had a chef coming to make a dinner at the place for the whole group of 16.
