Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil.”

”Very nice place. Good location, 2km to Manziana market. Very nice walking distance. Big house and very nice pool in the garden. Very good for smaller children also. Maria is very helpful and nice. Bigger town Bracciano also very near where is a very nice lake beach. Highly recommend this place.”

”My husband and I stayed here for 1 month in September 2024. Carlo met us at the home when we first arrived and explained everything about the home to us. Carlo is a great host! He answered any questions we had about the area. The home is small but it was spacious enough for my husband and I to be comfortable. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It even has a lime tree in the yard! Great to slice and add to a glass of water. The ocean is just a few minutes away by car and the market...

”We can hardly put it into words how great this vacation was. With a group of 13 people we were there for 10 nights. The salt pool, which was cleaned every day, was an oasis of relaxation. A bar right next to the pool was ideal to mix our homemade cocktails and we could enjoy them right by the pool (big fridge!!) ”I cannot say enough good things should the property and the host. This was a family holiday and there were 10 adults and 2 young children. The house was so big that we all fit very comfortably with room to spare. The pool was the highlight of our stay - it was even better than pictured. House is very well equipped with two great kitchens and everything needed to feel like home away from home. We had an amazing time. I would recommend a car of you are staying.”

”A fantastic lovely large villa with a wonderful garden and a large pool. What more could you ask for? If you want to live privately, with a large fenced-in plot of land then you should stay here. ”So much space at this amazing property... Felt very secure and a great place for our two families to relax. The pool is absolutely lovely and attended to every day. Air conditioning worked well. Only real disadvantage is the distance of the villa from the local town and beaches, so only really suitable if you have your own car. Great friendly host too, with great communication - we had a trouble free booking from start to finish. ”
