Linnat – Civitella Marittima

”Local maravilhoso!

”Michele and Sara are awesome. Michele greeted us and got us settled in. He provided local information on things to see, do and places to eat. We were extremely happy with our room. It was unique and well appointed. They had a small tray with biscotti and an Italian liquor waiting for us. Shower was hot. Bathroom great and well lit. Bed was very comfortable and the best pillows I had found in Italy. It is located in a centuries old palace. The room had some of the original stone exposed which...

”Welcoming was magnificent, as the view where we taken to admire, whit the welcoming rose vine. Unforgettable! Only after that we where signed in. So nice and easy. Staff was nice and helpfull, everything was clean. Tasting dinner with the owner remains in our mind very long time. The place is amazing, go there!”

”The bathroom had a ventilation issue and smelled of old urin. It ruined the experience.”

”Although placed in a perfect spot with a great terrace and pool, the room we got didn't fit to the pictures and descriptions at all, too small, no sofa in it, when asking for another, no parking, we didn't get friendly service at all. Not forthcoming and contradicting their own explanations. Well, this singular stay of ours was not too great because of that. It might be different with other rooms. Some of the restaurant staff were friendly.”

”Lovely hotel, nice big room and great amenities. Just outside the historic centre, so great location.”

”Our stay in Tuscany was one of our favorite parts of our entire Italy trip, and this farmhouse was a big part of what made it so special. The property is absolutely stunning. We actually extended our stay and stayed in two different rooms, and both were gorgeous, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spotless. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby. The location is perfect, less than five minutes from the charming...

”We stayed here for three nights and had an incredible experience. The room was clean, offered a beautiful view, and had reliable Wi-Fi. The location is perfect for exploring, only an hour's drive to Montalcino and incredibly close to several fantastic wineries. The restaurant itself is absolutely fantastic: The panoramic views are amazing, the food is to die for (home cooking style), and the wine selection is excellent. Laura, her husband, and their son, Leonardo, are wonderful, welcoming...

”Quiet and nice breakfast. ”
