Huvilat – Clacton-on-Sea

”Everwas fine. Toilet was little small but ok. Staff helpful. Clean room.”

”Simple clean room. English ugh space for my daughter & I. The shower was plenty hot & powerful.”

”Fine for an overnight stay. Receptionist handed the key wordlessly, beds were not great and there was a bit of noise but not enough to do me sleeping. You get what you pay for etc!”

”This place is a gem. The owners are warm, welcoming and very helpful, and so are the rest of the staff. The place is reminiscent of the best of a traditional guest house, but with a modern clean feel. The amenities in the room were plentiful, and with the guests’ comfort in mind. ”Staff were not very helpful or accommodating”

”No lift but staff assisted with my case. Dinner cooked to order so time to chat with other guests. Single room compact and very warm so needed fan which was provided. All staff very pleasant.”

We only had one set of towels for two people and very little teas, coffee, milk and toilet rolls. We went and asked for them and were given them straight away and...

There are two flights of stairs to access the apartment — this wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to bear in mind for guests with mobility considerations. That said, the beautiful sea views more than make up for it. Communication with the host was excellent throughout — very prompt...

”Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Great location and breakfast was great!”

”Mixed review from me for this little break. Firstly, the site at Weeley Bridge is lovely, and we shall certainly return, it was peaceful and very nature friendly. The restaurant does lovely food, not too bad on prices either, staff are very friendly and helpful and the swimming pool area is ultra clean. Top marks for the Park Dean site at Weeley Bridge. The accommodation was booked through a private owner not through Park Dean and was not strictly as described. Firstly it's not a lodge, it's a...
