”Wow. BEAUTIFUL property. Cathy and Jean were very helpful and friendly. The space was cozy and oh so perfect. The terrace and garden offers a fantastic view of the mountains. My daughter was studying in Nice proper and this villa was such a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. ”Host was excellent and the property was clean and had everything needed. There is a lift in the building to take you to the top floor. The balcony shown in the photos is no longer accessible as it is used for the air conditioner. However, there is a larger balcony off the main living room which is excellent. Air conditioning in main bedroom works well. We stayed with our two children (5 and 8) on the large pull out bed in living room and it was cool enough for them to sleep well. Great location,...
