”Do NOT stay at this property unless you just need it to be close to something you are attending and have no other good choices. If we would have known it was this bad, we would have driven further and just paid an Uber more to go to the event from our hotel. We got there 50 minutes earlier than the 3 PM check-in time and staff would absolutely not allow us to check in without a $25 early check in fee. Staff must have the flexibility to be able to make a common sense decision when the property...

”Bathroom floor tiles were dirty and grout looks it was never clean. Dirt on corners around the bathroom. Sofa bed looks dirty. AC was loud and air coming out at initial start was smelly.”

”I liked the cleanliness of our room and bathroom. It was very nice to have the separate room for my daughter to sleep in as well as the full sized refrigerator to put some things in that would NEVER fit in the mini fridges”

While the hotel offers all the expected amenities, the overall feel is dated. The renovations appear to have been done piecemeal over the years rather than as part of a cohesive vision, resulting in a jarring mix of design eras — seventies, eighties, and early two-thousands aesthetics...

”Location was not in down town. Nothing avaible near by, only 7 Eleven. Free shuttle service was available very limited time daily. Breakfast options were poor, very limited options for glutein free. Restarant wasn't real restaurant. Gym was ok. Overall hotel description was incorrect.”
