”Luke the host was very accommodating and helpful. The tiny house seemed small at first but then ended up being the perfect size as I spend ALL day outside on the lounge near the river, or tending to the fire in the firepit, or walking around the property saying hello to the animals and gathering firewood. Peace and serenity describe my experience the best. It felt like camping in the Aust bush but with the security of not being in an area that anyone can just walk into. Absolutely recommend.”

”Most things with the property and our stay were good. There were a few issues, however. Neither the host nor Stayz provided the Check-in information, nor were they easily contactable when we arrived to a locked gate. In addition, the house had not been thoroughly cleaned - used towels were left behind bedroom doors, there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor and the fridge and pantry needed a good wipe down before we could use them. The facilities and space were good for our group though....

”Location was excellent for us but this is overpriced for what it is, basic. Some gardening and sweeping out the front would provide a better welcome. Entry via a garage roller door is novel but functional, then we were met with the BBQ area with a multitude of chairs and a very dusty table. Already on guard when entering the unit, it didn’t seem clean. Maybe as left by the previous guest with the bed made and fresh towels. On checking we noted that there was plenty of coffee pods but no espresso...

”The cleanliness was not up to standard. Cobwebs on kitchen cupboards, dead bugs /dust/ old liquid spills through cupboards. Floors dirty . Especially with such a late check in of 4pm I atleast expected it to be clean Also needs at least airconditioning in living areas Other then that , we did love the property ”

”I think the family who own this house love it and want others to also enjoy it. The bedding, cushions, toiletries , ornaments are all lovely. Air conditioning great as is fenced back yard. Position great, excellent Thai restaurant down the road. But the house is a major trip hazard. Virtually every room has a different level floor. As older people we found it terrifying. The two ramps to the backyard are steep. Also you can’t cut a bathroom in two tiny segments and expect it to be...

”House is MASSIVE and perfect for families with teenagers. Downstairs has 2 double bedrooms, laundry and teens tv lounge. Upstairs open plan, modern furniture, bright outlook onto 8 seater dining/bbq area. Excellent lighting throughout the property. Amazing view of the sea and Tomaree. ”• Arrived to find two home construction sites nearly next to us. The noise started from early morning to late afternoon. It was so bad we couldn’t hear the water lapping or birds and couldn’t hold a conversation or hear the TV and covered us in cement dust if we sat outside It destroyed the very reason we were there.
