”Luke the host was very accommodating and helpful. The tiny house seemed small at first but then ended up being the perfect size as I spend ALL day outside on the lounge near the river, or tending to the fire in the firepit, or walking around the property saying hello to the animals and gathering firewood. Peace and serenity describe my experience the best. It felt like camping in the Aust bush but with the security of not being in an area that anyone can just walk into. Absolutely recommend.”

”Most things with the property and our stay were good. There were a few issues, however. Neither the host nor Stayz provided the Check-in information, nor were they easily contactable when we arrived to a locked gate. In addition, the house had not been thoroughly cleaned - used towels were left behind bedroom doors, there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor and the fridge and pantry needed a good wipe down before we could use them. The facilities and space were good for our group though....

”Nice & neat venue, good for a couple looking for a quick getaway. A cheaper but cheerful option compared to accomodaton in other parts of Port Stephens. Overall, this lodging does the job.”

”The cleanliness was not up to standard. Cobwebs on kitchen cupboards, dead bugs /dust/ old liquid spills through cupboards. Floors dirty . Especially with such a late check in of 4pm I atleast expected it to be clean Also needs at least airconditioning in living areas Other then that , we did love the property ”
