The space
NEWLY RENOVATED
3 bedrooms, beachfront house with 2 bedrooms offering unobstructed views of the sea and Camiguin island, another standard bedroom. The house features a high ceiling in its living room with a sofa, huge wooden coffee table and large wall mirror. It has a kitchenette with toaster, kettle, filtered water dispenser and Nespresso machine. It has al fresco dining area that seats 8-12 people. Adjacent to the open air dining area is kitchen pantry with rice cooker, small electric stove for temporary use and sink with faucet for washing up. There’s also an open air back kitchen (construction ongoing) that will have double burner gas stove and sink for washing up.

UP TO 18 PEOPLE, FULLY AIRCONDITOONED
There are 3 bedrooms, FAMILY room: it has a split type air conditioner, queen bed, 1 bunk bed for 2 and 1 single bed; DELUXE bedroom has sa split type aircon, 1 queen bed and one bunk bed for 2; and the STANDARD bedroom has a split type aircon, queen bed and mattress on the floor if requested. A sofa bed is available in the living room. The basement with a wall fan is able accommodate comfortably 4 people with one bunk bed for 2, 1 folding bed and 1 single bed. With the 3 bedrooms + basement and additional mattress on the floor and sofa bed, it’s possible to accommodate 18 people comfortably.

BEACHFRONT AND SPACIOUS
The garden is spacious with Talisay trees that has been around for decades. Across the house is an area for sunday picnic and for future events. We envision it to be perfect venue for small intimate events like weddings, renewal of vows, anniversaries, birthdays, reunions. We are able to accommodate this with advanced notice at a separate cost. The beach is just. A few steps down from the back gate of the house. You will see fishes and turtles from the terrace.

NOTE
There are still ongoing work outside by the garden and the seawall fortification (almost done). It doesn’t affect your stay in the house. When you check in, the workers will stop. Even if you only occupy one room, it will be private and other rooms will be locked. You will enjoy the house for you and your group only. Once you booked, the house is private only for you and your group. Published rate is applicable to 2-3 guests. Additional guests thereafter is chargeable.

13-16 pax - access to 3 bedrooms and basement
17-18 pax - sofa bed in living room is set up
Other things to note
The house has been renovated by local workers in the community, mostly neighbours. It’s our way of helping people get back on track post pandemic and the effects of the global financial challenges. This approach is helping a lot of families. At the same time, the work may not be modern and perfect. We hope you understand.
