”It is a poorly maintained, tired building. It is in a good albeit noisy area. The staff did their job which really does not require interaction. It's a room that was warm and dry. Not more.”

”MyPlace was much nicer than I expected from an affordable hotel next to a shopping mall. It was great having a kitchen, the beds were comfortable, it was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. I was super happy with my choice. The only improvement I'd recommend would be smart TVs. Basic cable and all the commercials is annoying when you have streaming subscriptions you'd rather watch on a large screen. ”

”The Heathman Lodge has every amenity that any traveler loves to see. The restaurant at Heathman is out of this world. Great menu served exactly the way you would like it. The sauna is great. The hot tub is wonderful and swimming is excellent. The weight room has everything that a person could ever want when I come back to Vancouver. I am definitely staying at Heathman barn. They are better than Marriott, Hampton Inn, or Hilton. The customer service surpasses any and all hotels.”

”Room was cold and heater didn’t work. apparently a water leak on the second floor. Getting a wake up call at 6AM from the GM to confirm I didn’t have water running in my room was not what I expected 😩”

”The front desk people are incredibly friendly and helpful. Shopping and food nearby. The hot water is great. Laundry at the facility is incredibly too expensive,otherwise not a bad place to get some quiet sleep.”

”Very kind staff upon check in. The room was beautiful. The tv unfortunately didn’t work, which made falling asleep a little hard with the loud highway. But the room was beautiful, beautiful view, thank you, I will come back! Next time I’ll ask to get my tv fixed, we just had our dog with us this time or I would have asked for help with it.”

”Didn't change bedding or towels. Someone left our room door open all day. When we for back the second night we stayed, the door next to our door was open, when it hadn't been open when we left. Kind of creepy. ”
