”Cottage is rustic but clean in an amazing location. The view out to the boats moored in the water is one of a kind. ”Maine is spectacular in mid-October. The Primrose Apartment was the perfect location to see the colorful leaves, visit lighthouses and enjoy all both Rockland and Camden have to offer. Alex and Siobhan were gracious, thoughtful and kind hosts. The view of Glen Cove from both the kitchen window and the deck is stunning. The Primrose was the perfect property and location for our stay.”

”We renewed our wedding vows at Children’s Chapel. The area is beautiful, beach is amazing, there is a rock on the beach that has dates and names carved all over it from the 1800’s. The host was GREAT Alex told us stories and let us hear his “Alabama accent” LOL. I could’ve talked to him all day. We had a great trip and plan on coming back.”

”Had the good old field of what we always called a "camp." Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and glassware, etc. The lobster processing facility made for a bit of noise and a pretty steady stream of traffic. A lot of trucks, from pickups to semis coming in and out. Didn't really bother us a whole lot but it might bother other people. Overall the view of the water was pretty nice except for the power lines and there's not much that can be done about that. Have to have electricity after all.”

”This home was even better than the pictures! The space is so cozy and decorated beautifully. The hosts left a huge bouquet of fresh flowers for us along with bread, chocolates, and jams. ”This is a great place especially if you have dogs. The only advice I would give the management company is to leave directions to the transfer station or better yet take the trash for your guests at the end of their stay. Putting smelly trash in our car wasn’t great. All in all though, it was a great place for a family with dogs!”

”My cousin and I, and my dog, spent 3 days at The Perch and we could not have asked for a better experience. The location was remote enough to feel secluded but also not far from Rockland, which was great for a nice lunch and some shopping. ”My husband and I stayed here in for several nights and really enjoyed our time. It's a very cute guest cottage close to the main downtown. Very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable bed, and quiet. Nice amenities, such as a fan, record player, wine/bottle opener & glasses, kitchen supplies, plenty of blankets, and designated parking spot. It was also very nice having a fenced backyard available for us. Highly recommend this charming cottage!”
