”The property was a pretty stay. When first arrived it was clean, it was pretty. However the housekeeping didn’t come to the room once to clean towels, nor change the sheets. They charged my card for things i had no idea about until the end. To eat, you have to get charged extra and the room is already expensive.”

”Staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and the nearby neighborhood felt very safe and pleasant for walking. We especially enjoyed the beautiful Mississippi River views. A wonderful stay in Memphis. The only minor issue was a slight odor in the elevator.”

”The rooms were so disgusting. The floors were filthy with mystery liquid stains on the floors. I didn’t want to touch anything. The chair in the room had ripped fabric. The stairs leading into the room were dark, very dirty. I would have left if we could have but we were exhausted after a 13 hour drive. Yes it’s cheap but it wasn’t worth it. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.”

”We arrived after check in and it still took 30 minutes to get our rooms. The second floor hallway smelled strongly of weed. Young adults were running up and down hallway and having a party in their room until 2 in the morning.”

”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

”Crappy service they didnt really care cost 50 extra dollars after booking online could not cancel or get a refund pool was covered and nasty drove up to a car being dtf swatted in the parking lot! Immediately took my family and went to holiday inn”
