”I really enjoyed my stay, didn't want to leave. It was comfortable, quiet and I slept peacefully. The area is beautiful and within distance of shopping and dining areas. Although all staff were kind upon arrival, Naseer was very polite, courteous and informative. He addressed all my questions and concerns. Will be back soon :)”

”Loved the layout in the room and the fact there was a smart tv is amazing! Stephen was great on being able to update and check on the stay. The room size was incredible and loved the privacy on the room along with room size. Thanks for the fact signed up for Hilton honor I also received a cookie which I truly appreciated. "Old, worn down hotel with very uninspired people. The first room I was given was terrible quality and so loud with street noise it was impossible to sleep. I was forced to pay for an upgrade to a "club" floor, which is basically the same room but comes with free soda, as it was the only room available that wasn't facing the street. IMO I should not have been charged for that.
Overall this is a 2-star hotel and I would avoid it if you can find any other options. It's about a 30min walk to Georgetown, decently safe although some shady people in the streets nearby. If you're considering taking this as a base to explore Georgetown, I'd recommend you to think again.

"Positive things first: location is great (near metro and whole foods, walking distance to Georgetown, DuPont circle etc.), the room was big and had a real kitchen. Some of the staff members were super nice and helpful and some were not. But the room was not only really outdated but partially almost falling apart. And the cleaning was also so and so or then the room was just so worn-out that it just looked dirty no matter how much cleaning was done. Not going back before major renovations. "
