The housekeeping was sketchy entering our room several times in the same day and not cleaning the room. The clerk was rude and staff not helpful we canceled our reservation several days early.

We had a good stay at Baymont Clarksville. The rooms were clean and comfortable. That being said, our rooms did have old and peeling paint and bath tub linings that need repair. These did not impact our stay but were aesthetically unpleasant. Thankfully, the cleanliness of the rooms and the amenities outweighed the aesthetic shortcomings.

N/A This was a low budget hotel, real issues with the restroom area maybe mold and warn out chairs very old furniture. Just not worth the price.

We have stayed here before so we chose it again. Normally, I would not choose a Baymont property because most of them are quite shabby, rundown properties in depressed and risky areas. Typically mismanaged. However, this one is well-maintained and could easily compete with Holiday Inn Express or similar properties. Most of the HIE locations where I have stayed have been nice enough for business travelers and meetings. This should be put on your list for serious consideration. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Good rate and close to expressway.

The easy access to your room also the easy check in and out the only thing that I didn’t like was didn’t get a chance to get in the pool because of weather but that’s expected in some cases but overall I was very pleased with the stay

Close to highway and restaurants. Quick easy on and off highway. Could use some updates, but overall good stop over place when traveling through the area.

It was very clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. My first time at a motel-type facility but the lighting was exceptional and I felt safe. I only wish the breakfast had been offered until 10:00am on weekends. Other than that, a great deal for the money!

They have a bed big issue, found larva on top of the bed as we entered to check the room before bringing in our belongings.

Pros: We were barely going to be in the room at all, so we chose a budget friendly hotel over a more expensive one. We weren’t expecting much, but we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds were! Girls’ trip, and we all 3 slept great! I’ve stayed in much higher priced hotels with much less comfortable mattresses. Sheets were nice as well. Cons: Only 2 floors, but no elevator available. Not too much stair climbing, but walking luggage up the stairs wasn’t easy. Bathroom was small, and furniture was dated, but clean, comfortable beds made up for it!

We found the property to be of exceptional quality! The bed was amazing and the bathroom looked brand new! It was so quiet and the staff was so courteous. We were there because our car broke down in Clarksville and having such a fabulous place to stay made a difficult situation so much better!

Furniture was well worn. Staff told me there was new furniture on order. What they were using to clean for Covid destroyed the chairs in the room?. Breakfast meat was also questionable. Nice soaps and shampoos provided.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the past fifty years in all fifty states and most every Canadian province. This place rates as the single worst hotel experience I have had. Mainly it was because the indoor swimming pool is at/under the windows of several guest rooms. Amplified noises from the pool (think "singing in the shower" times twenty) are unbelievably loud. Couple that with incredibly bright pool ceiling lights that also shine into guest rooms. Additionally, the door between the pool and lobby hall slams shut and bounces two more times which pounds the guest room walls/floor, Lastly, people were in the pool all day between 8:00 am until just after 10:00 pm. All this adds up to being unable to sleep or hear the television or concentrate on work stuff. If you stay here and want a quiet place, ask for a room far away from the pool.
