âThe property was great and we enjoyed our stay. We just had an issue with being able to access the property at check in. We were given the wrong code in the email provided by Vrbo, and we had to contact the main Vrbo number which was time consuming - but the Vrbo team were able to get us in and the property owners called as well. âThe lock on my door was broken, and the door did not close easily. It required force to shut, and I had to pay close attention and doubleâcheck to ensure it was fully closed. Additionally, the towels did not smell clean, and one of them had a visible stain. There were also flying bugs throughout my room.â
