”The reason why I am giving this hotel a bad rating is because the pool and hot tub were both disgusting and 2 of our kids got skin issues because of it. My one son is covered in sores all over his stomach and some of his back. My other son had both eyes with sores on them that were painful. It was awful! As far as breakfast goes, it was pretty good except the pancake machine was broken. The rooms were pretty clean overall. ”

”The unit was very clean.The bed and bedding was very comfortable.TV and AC worked great with no issues.It felt newly decorated. I actually enjoy the quirkiness of staying in "non-hotel" rooms and this one didn't disappoint so FYI: there is no outlet in the kitcehn except behind he fridge so it you want to use the toaster, you'll need to plug in the living room.the shelves in the kitchen are so tall, there is no way to reach the cookware above the second shelf and the lowest shelf just had...

”Staff was so lovely and friendly, but our room was so gross and dirty. Walls dirty, sides of desk covered in dark food, couch had smears of food/dirt, huge crumbs all over. I dropped something and had to move the tv a bit…wish I hadn’t. So dirty. Beds were comfortable and very clean feeling though. ”

”I rarely write reviews but felt this one was necessary. We picked this hotel primarily because it looked to have good value for the price. Upon arrival, the host was pleasant and accommodating. Not much to address regarding staff, however, when I had a complaint about the pot smoke blowing in through our HVAC unit because of a group congregating outside, the staff did absolutely nothing. Our room, when not being bombarded by pot smoke, had an off-putting stale smell. It did not smell fresh...

Complained case to one of the agent. Only refund the 1 room at lower price. The agent do not even offer or ask what is my cost due to Expedia mistake. This is totally unacceptable.
