”We were coming to town for a wedding and this house was ideally suited for our family. It was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the gazebo out back was a great spot to enjoy the evening looking out over the pond, but the best part was all of the motorized recliners that begged for a nap... so comfortable!”

”We came to Nashville to celebrate Christmas and go to ICE at the Gaylord Opryland hotel. The house was perfect for our 3 sons, two wives and 4 grandchildren. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathrooms were shampoo, body wash, etc. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. We really felt at home. The pool looked nice too. We’d love to come again in warmer weather.”

”We had a great stay at Chris' place! He met us there to make sure we knew how everything worked. Check out process could not have been easier. House was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is SO quiet! We didn't hear anyone else, no dogs, nothing. The hot tub was amazing after walking all over Nashville. Its a very easy trip into the city. We are looking forward to a future stay! :)”

We come to Clarksville every year if it wasn’t 30 minutes away from my son would definitely stay again. Owner reached out to check that everything was fine several times. ”Perfect for our needs, giving us several living areas so we never felt crowded. Every bedroom had an attached bathroom, so that was really nice. Clean, peaceful and quiet with country vibe. Ashland City was nice too, we loved Riverview restaurant with a view of the lake. Definitely on our list for future visits.”

”I noticed age identifiers above stop at 18. What we didn't see in the description is the number of steps. We are all seniors with bad backs and knees. Suggest you put Handrail at outside steps as they are unusually steep. Also, all bedrooms are up about 15 steps. Just a note you may want to include. Might also want to point out which street to use in order to access back door. Otherwise very nice.”

”We had a wonderful stay at this location. It is very close to several grocery stores and the delivery options was quite large. Most of the interior looks to have been recently redone and the furniture provided was very comfortable. If I had to list any negatives, one would be that the electronic lock was difficult at times to open and lock the door. That also could be "user error" on my part. Any other negatives were out side of the owner's control (motorcycles reving loudly / racing on the main...

”Nice little house. Cozy enough for my family. Beds were very comfortable. Couchs in living room were not. Had to search for towels, they were in a bedroom dresser dwarer (weird spot). They were also old and scratchy. Appreciate places that authorize having dogs. Back yard was decent size, gets muddy around the edges when it rains. I picked the place for the price. Ended up driving a lot more to the other side of Clarksville, to see family or decent places to eat. No easy way to get from one...
